No More Processed Foods and Fast Foods!

Do you want to boost your immune system, think better, make your skin looks better, your hair shines, and your tummy feels much better?
Of course, you want! Everybody loves it but how?!
As a nutritionist who like to live an healthy life, obviously I like healthy foods. So, I would like to say no to processed foods and fast foods but the reality of modern life, sometime make us a hard time to live healthy. I know that. But there is always a solution for our problems! Just a few simple lifestyle changes could be the solution!
I found an easy to read book with good advice about eating and 50 simple, easy to make and absolutely delicious recipes include appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, and desserts, even for the beginners! But it is not just a cooking book with a few recipes! It talks about how eating clean is important, what to eat, how to cook clean foods and how to avoid additives or products with ingredients you can’t identify but they can hurt you.
