Live Healthy & Stay Young!

I have tried nutritional yeast recently. It was my first time! But before I try it, I searched a little about its nutritional facts.
Let’s see what is the health benefits of nutritional yeast, if there is any benefit?
One serving of nutritional yeast provides the full spectrum of B vitamins including B12, amino acids, protein, folic acid, biotin and minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, chromium, and selenium. Providing B vitamins is very essential since B vitamins deficiency can lead to deep and ongoing fatigue, brain fog, irritability, depression, and even insomnia. Improved Vitamin B intake by using nutritional yeast helps us sleep well and helps balance our hormones, increase our energy levels, clarity & overall mental function.
Nutritional yeast is known as an aging and free radicals fighter and one of the better sources of nucleotides known for there anti-aging properties.
It is also one of the few vegetarian sources that provide all nine essential amino acids, which are used by the body to form protein.
It is effective in preventing coronary artery disease by significantly lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and increasing HDL (good) cholesterol levels. It’s low in sodium and fat and also gluten free.

So, after I found out about some nutritional facts of yeast, as I shared, I tried to add it to my dishes and guess what? It was absolutely phenomenal. It tastes like cheese, more like Parmesan cheese, and I easily could add it to some of my dishes.
Broccoli_Mushroom_yeastAs far as I tried, it tastes good in any soup, in any rice or pasta dish which is not includes tomato sauce, on bread or rice cakes, with peas, corn, carrots, garbanzo beans and yellow or green beans & spicy curry mix, scrambled tofu, on any kinds of salads and most of all on your popcorn! Actually, there is a wide variety of recipes you can use nutritional yeast.
Although I would like to live healthy and I try to follow a healthy diet, I care for tasty food. But nutritional yeast really tastes awesome.
So, even if you are not a vegetarian just like me, but you want to follow a healthy diet and boost your immune system, prevent artery disease and intake enough vitamins and minerals which help you live more healthy, you can make your dishes tastier with a little bit of nutritional yeast.
That’s what I did!
