Have you ever experience any emergency situation? What would you do?

In the middle of a dark night, while you are driving your car to your friends new house to help him, somehow you lost the right direction. You became nervous when you see you are going to ran out of gas,  you are not familiar with the area and in the middle of nowhere, all of the sudden you lost your vehicle’s power! Now what?! What would you do? What is the first thing you might need?

I might look at my cellphone to call my mechanic or…!
OMG! My cellphone is out of charge! Of course!
So, one of the option I have to look at my car to find my flashlight. At least I can try to see what’s wrong with my car or at least sign to other passing vehicles. If I will be lucky enough another driver lost his way and pass this road and he will be able to fix my car!
Ok! Because I am a cautious person, I always have a flashlight in my car, just in case!

Everybody Deserves A Day Off & Relax!

Everybody deserves a day off and relax… Sometime we are too busy to even think about being free of all our responsibilities! But we can imagine it at least and the nature will help us to reach it! Just close your eyes and let your mind fly very far from your busy life, all duties, all worries, all responsibilities,… and now imagine your desired day off! What would you do, If you have a day off from all your duties and responsibilities?!
In the middle of all hard working days, engaged with a lots of different responsibilities and of course anxieties, I closed my eyes and tried to imagine a relaxed day off and I found myself in a spiritual atmosphere, surrounded by some nice smelling candles, phenomenal feeling, lying down over a relaxing table, … My body was covered with a wonderful scentless oil and very soft hands massaged my body gently…
when I opened my eyes, I thought I really deserve a day off and relax, if I couldn’t have a whole day off and go to a relaxing spa, I can massage myself at home and take a rest for a couple of hours at least!
There is a tons of self massage techniques including, face, hand, foot, shoulder and …, on internet which none of them is tough and for some of them you don’t even require any special equipment. I like this eye cream with organic ingredients including Aloe Vera and cucumber extracts. I don’t have any dull, discolored, or puffy skin around  my eyes except some fine lines which I noticed very recently. Not an unusual matter in middle age, of course but I seriously care about them.
“Organic Eye Serum” came with a nice pumping bottle. I spent a lots of money on brand name eye skin care. They are almost the same. Among all of them, I like this eye gel because it is a very fast absorbing gel which keeps around my eyes very silky, firm, radiant and smooth. It is not greasy or oily but a light weight gel. It left around my eyes very hydrate which is my most concern. It smells very nicely light fresh cucumber and most of all, I didn’t pay a lot for it!

Make Your Life Sweet!

I like baking some cookies time to time and make my life sweet! baking some yummy cookies is not as tough as some people think it is, just need some patience, good recipes and also some suitable baking stuff such as a non-stick baking mat. I start with parchment paper which is tough and to me, it is waste of money, since we can use a reusable and durable baking mat. I have recently found one of my favorite mats for baking with. The mat is not only produced with FDA and LFGB approved FOOD-GRADE silicone making it NON-TOXIC and safe to use in the oven, but also it’s super non-stick and so easy to use, easy to wash and clean. I saved a lots of money because it is reusable and durable, unlike parchment paper. 


I like this mat even more because of its patterns. Actually it has some patterns which each of them has 2 sizes, regular and mini and also optional ear patterns for making cute bear! OMG! It is so cute!

It’s not just for macarons. I made my cutey Chirstmas meringues on this mat which was the cutest Christmas trees I have ever decorate!

All holidays, Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving , Halloween and … are important in our lives! Not because we are off, just because it’s family time! We can gather together with our beloved ones! Especially it is nicer when we make our holidays more interesting and more memorable with making great special dishes for our family and friends! Special foods for holidays don’t have to be very heavy, extra sweet or unhealthy foods which make you fat or cause some health issues. You don’t have to spend a lots of time in the kitchen. I think these protector are an essential item for any car, and anyone who has kids or even teenagers and also has just bought a brand new car. Actually even you don’t have a brand new car, you can protect your seat from more damages. It is never too late.
The car seat back protector is a nice, adjustable and washable mat which covers the back of car seat and protect it.
It protects car from water, dirt and scuff marks. Having these car set protector is a good idea, since my car seats are light gray leather and it matches my car interior color nicely. It was super easy install and I easily attached it to the back of the seat.
Best of all, it easy to clean off. I easily cleaned dirt with a wipe. I think a very positive point of  this product is being washable. It could be washed with cold water and mild detergent.

Since it is a portable, easy to use and light weight scale, you don’t need a big room for it, you can easily set it anywhere on the top of your kitchen cabinet or counter. Since it can measure weight up to 2000 grams, I used it as a cooking scale to measure small amount of ingredient. But it is not only indicates the weight in grams but also ounces. It is nice, since some of my recipes mentions but I figure it out that it can perform a wide variety of functions. You can use it to weight not only any food but also gemstones and jewelry or even precious metals such as gold or silver. It is wonderful! You can even be recalibrate it!
There is another good point of it! I usually have a lots of stuff, I need to mail them such as small envelope which I need to measure their weights. OMG! I couldn’t find anything better than this scale to use it as a postal scale for my mailing and postage needs. Weight any letter, envelope.
It works very good for me and I like it a lot! It is one of my most favorite buddies when I am baking! :)
