Nothing is better than sitting next to fireplace, looking at white
snow which covered everywhere, pieces of ice which stick to the lower
parts of window and wind which is blowing snow all over and having a cup
of hot chocolate with a nice creamy foam on top of it. It is absolutely
a hearty picture for a day off!
If I can drink a cup of hot chocolate with peace of mind, I honestly don’t mind if we have more snow outside!
I am assuming the best part of having a cup of hot chocolate, mocha latte, peppermint latte, London fog, chai latte, … is creamy foam on the top especially if it has a fancy design with caramel, dark chocolate or … Of course, it will be complete with a piece of dark chocolate, homemade cooky or at least a piece of cake!
For making a nice creamy foam, I usually use the milk frother of my espresso maker but sometimes I want to prepare only one or two cups and it doesn’t worth it to use espresso maker. So, I start using “MatchaDNA Handheld wireless Milk Frother” which is super easy to use and also to clean it. It makes a perfect foam very easy.
1-2-3 and it is done!
Your milk foam is ready and you can start designing it. I just insert whisk in the cup of milk and turn it on while I hold it a slight angle. To make a perfect foam, I moved it up and down and before got it up, I turned it off . It is very handy and really works great and creates creamy milk foam in just a few seconds. It needs AA-2 batteries, by the way.
